How to Identify the Fake Facebook Video Call Scam
Access to activate the legitimate facebook video chat is currently through http://www.facebook.com/videocalling. You can find detailed information in this post on how to set up the facebook videocalling.
The fake video call app, on the other hand, prompts a request for permission "video call is requesting permission to do the following:" for you to allow the facebook scam application to access your basic information, post to your wall, access posts in your news feed and access your data any time.
The fake facebook videocalling is also characterized by "Enable Video Calls" wall spam. The application may have automated posting of this spammy Enable Video Calls messages in walls of facebook users who fell to this scam.
Do not click on links and wall posts that have this message:

If you have been fallen to the fake facebook video call scam, here's what to do:
- Click the x mark beside the enable video calls post in your wall to either remove the post or report post/spam.
You must also check the apps you are using:
- Go to the the Privacy Settings page
- Click on ‘Edit Your Settings’ under Apps and Websites.
- Click Remove unwanted or spammy apps.
- Find the malicious app
- Click on ‘Edit Settings’ and 'remove app'
