The message entices facebook users to click, like, and share the message before they will be able to watch the video. In truth, this is merely an attempt to make Facebook users answer surveys or submit their personal information such as their email, contact number and address. In worst cases, clicking on links may result in downloading malicious files.

Here is the actual video that you are looking for (without the redirects and surveys):





When you happened to have clicked on the link shown in the image above, you will be taken to a site that looks like a legitimate video hosting site.  Upon clicking watch, you will be taken to a fake video hosting site where you will be instructed to share first before you can watch the video. The video does not exist.
